Return & Refund Policy
At Homekraft.ae, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return or requesting a refund.
Conditions for Return
A return request will be eligible under the following conditions:
Faulty/Incorrect/Physically Damaged Products: Must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, Homekraft.ae cannot be held liable, and the order will not be eligible for return.
Incorrect Size: The item differs significantly from the images and description in its listing.
Incorrect Color: The item received is a different color than what was ordered.
Return Timeframes
Non-Damaged Products: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return for non-electrical appliances.
– **Electrical Appliances:** You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
– If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, the full amount, except shipping and handling charges and duty import taxes, will be debited by us to your bank account. We will notify you of your refund via email within 14 days from the date of receipt.
– **Refunds/Replacements** will be processed once the item is received at our fulfillment center.
Refunds for COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders: Only processed if the order value is 15 AED and above in the UAE.
COD Return Requests: Only processed if the order value is 40 AED and above and if you are in the UAE.
– A refund will be issued if a product cannot be repaired or replaced. If the item was purchased through an online mode of payment, it will be credited back to your account. If the item was purchased with COD, the refund will be given through bank transfer or coupon voucher. Refunds to your Credit Card or Debit Card may take 4-15 business days to process.
Bulk Orders
PLEASE NOTE: All Bulk Inquiry orders, once placed, cannot be returned. They can only be returned if the product is damaged.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of the product.
– Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
– Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
– Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories.
– Any product returned in a condition different from that in which it was received.
– Items on offer are not applicable for returns.
Broken Items
If an item is broken, please email us at in**@*******ft.ae or WhatsApp us at +971 55 554 7790 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays), within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please mention your order number and name, and include a picture clearly showing the damage. We will replace the ordered item at our cost. Note: Any claim without a picture will not be valid.
